Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.
All returns must meet the following requirements: merchandise must be in the exact condition as received, unworn and unused, with all original tags intact and kept in original packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions detailing how and where to ship your package. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made merchandise (special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (cosmetics and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with our team.
We regret that promotional goods and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the items you need is to submit a return request for your original order and place a new separate order once your return is authorized.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the terms above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you hold the right to cancel your order or return goods without giving any reason within 14 days. As stated previously, items must remain in their original received condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging preserved. A receipt or proof of purchase is also mandatory.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you whether your refund application has been approved. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
